After working with startups and support teams, we noticed a common frustration everywhere: chatbots often felt robotic, and human support couldn’t keep up. Something better had to exist.2025 Q1
With a clear mission, we started development of Botric AI, backed by strong market research and real-world feedback to design an AI-first, human-centered platform that powers support, lead generation, and presales.2025 Q2
We launched the first production-ready version of Botric with core AI agents. Within weeks, over 50 teams showed interest, with 15 becoming paying customers, and early usage proved that we were solving a real problem.
